About PSPRO
PSPRO is the enterprise version of Pocket Sergeant, developed exclusively for approved organisations. It is intended for internal use by authorised personnel such as police officers, staff, criminal justice professionals, and those acting on behalf of a subscribing organisation. PSPRO contains tools and content tailored for operational and organisational needs, and access is restricted to enterprise users with valid credentials.
PSPRO is not intended for public download or individual use. For general access, please refer to the Pocket Sergeant mobile app available via standard app stores.
(1) Introduction
By accessing or using PSPRO, you agree to the terms set out below. These Terms of Use apply to all users authorised by an enterprise subscription. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the app. Terms may be updated from time to time; continued use indicates acceptance of any changes.
If you are accessing PSPRO on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that your organisation has a valid enterprise agreement with Pocket Sergeant Ltd and that you are authorised to act on its behalf.

PSPRO does not represent or speak on behalf of any government entity. Official resources remain accessible at www.legislation.gov.uk and www.gov.uk.
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, PSPRO is a supplementary reference tool and not a substitute for organisational policy, legal advice, or direction from senior officers or command. We do not guarantee that the content will always reflect current law or operational procedure.
PSPRO is provided “as is” with no warranties—express or implied—regarding its reliability, fitness for purpose, accuracy, or availability. Organisations using PSPRO must implement their own processes to verify any critical information.
(3) Limitation of Liability
Pocket Sergeant Ltd, its directors, employees, or representatives shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of PSPRO except where required by law.
This limitation applies to all damages and claims, including loss of data, business disruption, financial loss, or legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights or excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
Enterprise organisations assume full responsibility for the configuration, deployment, and monitoring of PSPRO within their internal environment.
(4) Intellectual Property
The name “Pocket Sergeant,” “PSPRO,” its logo, design, and all associated materials are owned by Pocket Sergeant Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Some content is under Crown copyright and used under the Open Government Licence.
(5) Third Parties
The app may contain links to third-party content or services. These are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse or accept responsibility for third-party content or its accuracy.
Enterprise users must comply with their own organisational policies when accessing external links via PSPRO.
(6) Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of England and Wales.
(7) Commercial Use
Commercial use of PSPRO without a valid enterprise licence is prohibited. Any organisation using PSPRO on its devices without permission is in breach of these terms.
Enterprise licences must be agreed in writing with Pocket Sergeant Ltd and are subject to individual contract terms.
(8) Subscription & Access
PSPRO is not available through standard subscription models. It is distributed only under enterprise agreements. Pricing, access limits, data handling, and service levels are detailed within individual contracts.
There is no free trial for PSPRO. If you are an end user and have downloaded this in error, please uninstall and download the public version of Pocket Sergeant from your app store.
(9) Restrictions
You must not:
• Republish material from this application (including republication on another website);
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from the application;
• Show any material from the application in public without permission;
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit material on this application for a commercial purpose;
• Edit or otherwise modify any material on the application; or
• Redistribute material from this application except for content specifically and expressly made available for redistribution.
Additionally, as an enterprise user, you must not:
• Allow access to PSPRO to anyone not authorised by your organisation’s agreement;
• Use PSPRO beyond the agreed operational scope (e.g., for commercial resale or unauthorised training);
• Attempt to bypass any access control mechanisms or tamper with the app’s code or infrastructure;
• Use PSPRO to store, transmit, or process sensitive data beyond what is intended by its design and scope;
• Introduce malicious software or disrupt the service for other users;
• Copy, extract, or scrape data for external use or storage beyond permitted limits.

If you are part of an organisation using PSPRO and require support, please contact your internal administrator or liaise directly with Pocket Sergeant Ltd via your assigned account manager or support representative.
(11) Data Protection & Security
We are committed to protecting the privacy and data of enterprise users and client organisations. PSPRO has been developed with security and compliance in mind, adhering to recognised industry standards.
All data processed through PSPRO is subject to strict access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and secure server infrastructure hosted in the UK or EEA. Audit logging, role-based access permissions, and internal monitoring are in place to reduce the risk of unauthorised access or misuse.
Pocket Sergeant Ltd acts as a data processor for any personal data entered or accessed via PSPRO, and your organisation remains the data controller. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) will be issued to each enterprise client outlining responsibilities under applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.
By using PSPRO, your organisation agrees to implement reasonable safeguards on its own infrastructure and devices to prevent unauthorised access, misuse, or disclosure of data within its control.
In the event of a suspected data breach affecting PSPRO, we will notify the affected organisation(s) without undue delay and cooperate fully in line with our contractual and legal obligations.
