Pocket Sergeant is a pocket reference tool which can be utilised by police officers,police staff,criminal law solicitors,students and any members of the public who have an interest in the Criminal Justice System in England and Wales.Pocket Sergeant contains offences from acts of law which apply mainly throughout England and Wales some of which apply to Scotland and Northern Ireland.The offences include anything from Public Order offences and assaults to railway offences and byelaws.

The application also contains other sections including assistance as to what to include in witness statements, an on board contacts section so you no longer have to congest your own phone contacts section with useful telephone numbers.Within the contacts section there is a list of police force telephone numbers which should allow you to bypass the “101” system.

The calendar allows you to place all of your work related essential dates, saving you congesting your own personal calendar.

Other features include a “Get in Touch” section that you can use for informing the team about any problems or even what you’d like to see in future updates of Pocket Sergeant.
